  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience (ICAgile, SAFe, or similar)
  • Proficiency in requirements tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Enterprise Architect)

Registration / Licensing: No mandatory NZ licensing. IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) membership and CBAP/CCBA certification are the global standards and respected by NZ employers. Australian Computer Society (ACS) membership transferable via Trans-Tasman recognition.
